Context
FPG Foods owns 56 KFC restaurants across the Western Cape and Gauteng. FPG started using the JOBJACK Platform in February 2022, and switched on the JOBJACK Assessment Battery in February 2024.

Prior to working with JOBJACK, FPG struggled with a manual recruiting process that relied on paper CVs being dropped off at stores, a lack of appropriate tools to assess the suitability of candidates, and insufficient controls to prevent biased hiring practices. This resulted in long recruiting lead times and a high proportion of poor hires, leading to high staff turnover.

Implementation
FPG turned on the JOBJACK Assessment Battery for all their Western Cape stores in early 2024, and also implemented integrated risk and credit checks for all potential hires via the JOBJACK Platform.
