Challenges

Refinery’s in store brand ambassadors are an important part of their brand experience, so finding the right JobFIT™ store assistants is crucial to creating a great experience for customers in their stores. Prior to switching to JOBJACK’s automated digital hiring process, Refinery relied on email and word-of-mouth. This made it harder to keep track of the candidates being hired, with many hiring managers giving preference to friends and family to save time. This manual process also meant it typically took 2–4 weeks to fill a role, which sometimes left staffing gaps, and impacted on the customer experience in stores.
