Nikieta’s job seeking journey

When Nikieta started in her role as a Crew Member, the transition into the workplace felt natural.

Alongside her work on the floor, she began supporting administrative tasks, including reporting and communication that reached senior stakeholders. Nikieta has now progressed to an additional supporting Administrative role.
