Digital recruitment has become a standard practice for skilled recruitment, but in the entry-level space, paper CVs and traditional recruitment methods are still used over digital ones.


Traditional paper CV recruitment methods are largely still based on the misconception that this method of sourcing is “free”, which creates an unwillingness to spend on a recruitment tool, despite the influence it can have on a business’s bottom line. The second is switching to digital options that were built for skilled or head office level recruitment, without catering for the nuances of the entry-level space, creates a mismatch and ineffective system.

JOBJACK’s ATS combines information-driven design with our smart algorithm to give you all of the information you need in a single Manage Applicant view: Candidates are organised into collapsible sections to help you quickly identify candidates meeting your requirements to move onto the next phase of your recruitment. Starting from your Applicants Meeting Job Requirements (Not in Shortlist), you can immediately look at candidates that meet your job’s requirements and move them to your Shortlist section for the next steps.





Having a holistic view of the number of candidates in each section of your ATS can help you identify what needs to happen next, but also the overall volume of candidates per section.


Talent and ranking

In addition to the easy navigation, candidates are automatically ranked according to your best JobFIT™ match. This is made possible through JOBJACK’s unique approach to screening: All candidates complete assessments and screening questions on the application, and JobFIT™ collects all the data with requirements set on your Company Template for a job, to automatically rank your candidates from best to least fit.


Additional filters and search

Looking for additional quick screening options? No problem! Our filters are easy to apply to all sections within your ATS system. Filter for specific data points on the JOBJACK CV, like location, specific driver’s licenses or education and experience.





Finding your referrals within your ATS is made simple through two major features: A search bar to search for an individual candidate name or by using our tagging system, so your company can keep track of referrals, internal candidates or a custom label option, all immediately visible on the candidate card.





Shortlist and screening

Candidates moved into your Shortlisted Applicants section can complete all additional screening requests, such as one-click checks and document requests, before being selected and scheduled for an interview.

Interviews can be scheduled per individual or as a multiple select option to move over to the interview scheduler.

Your hiring manager has the flexibility to create interviews that work for your store’s needs, whether that’s individual interviews, group interviews or a phone interview. All interview options are available once your candidates have been moved into the Interview section of your ATS.



Interviews are simple to set up, with guided fields to provide the candidates with all of the information needed for their interview, including additional notes and documents to bring for an in-person interview.

Once interview requests have been sent, the candidate is notified via SMS to accept their interview request on the platform. Your interview section will automatically update to show the latest information on your candidate interviews, ready for you to complete your hiring cycle with interview feedback as soon as the interviews conclude.





All ATS points, interview information and feedback that is managed and used on the platform are organised, easily accessible and stored for your recruitment reports.
